Combined vehicles, such as a truck towing a boat, may not be longer than 80 feet, wider than 13 feet or taller than 13 feet 6 inches. Single-axle vehicles may weigh no more than 20,000 pounds, tandem axles no more than 34,000 pounds and combination vehicles may not exceed a total of 80,000 pounds. Refunds/Cancellations/Modifications
You may cancel, or modify parking reservations up to 24 hours prior to ship sailing. Refunds will not be given after a cruise has taken place. You may send your cancellation request to parking@portofgalveston.com. In your request please include the date of departure, and reservation number.
If you will be rescheduling your cruise for a later date please request a Future Cruise Parking Voucher and we will provide you with a Voucher even if you do not have a future sail date yet.
Galveston Gambling Boat
The Port of Galveston parking lots are the only official cruise parking lots and Garage of the Port of Galveston. Parking Lots are located at the intersection of 33rd Street and Harborside Drive. There are blue pole banners along the fence lines that read 'Port of Galveston/Cruise Parking' to indicate the Port's official cruise parking lots.

The Port is not responsible for the security of any vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the transportation of persons or property between the cruise ship terminals and any unofficial lot, nor is it liable for any claims relating thereto. Any complaint or claim relating to vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the services provided by that operator should be directed to the operator of the lot and not to the Port of Galveston.
